More than 15 years in the hospitality industry give Vimal, an experienced advantage. He’s seen it all, working in every aspect of the business. He works with all the hotels to minimize cost, maximize revenues and provide in-depth knowledge of strategic planning. Vimal has received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems.
As Managing Principal, Mike's primary role is to realize each property’s profit potential. Mike has an extensive, strong background in hotel operations and has a wealth of experience supporting revenue management. Mike supports his community by currently serving on the Maggie Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Quickly after joining the company in 2005, Twinkle provides all around support to hotel operations and development. She possesses financial leadership to maximize top line revenues and market share and produce strong financial results. Twinkle graduated Magna Cum Laude in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Western Carolina University.

Starting its roots as early as 1995, Milestone Hospitality is a hotel management company that focuses on providing superior service, building brand recognition and most importantly, serving the community.

He works with all the hotels to minimize cost, maximize revenues and provide in-depth knowledge of strategic planning. Vimal has received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University.

 

Starting in the hospitality industry as a sales manager, Craig quickly moved up to General Manager and then promoted to Regional Director of Operations. With his excellent forecasting and budgeting skills, his primary duties are to motivate, guide and assist in areas of sales, marketing, service culture, and operations. Craig's passion drives him to build revenue strategies that compete in today's fast paced markets by achieving increased revenues while keeping the focus on customer service.

Craig has received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from West Virginia State University, where he holds 11 school records in football.

David Wissler

Director of Sales and Marketing

David first joined the company as a front office manager and quickly moved up to revenue manager for an award winning Holiday Inn Express Hotel. David is a former collegiate athlete who represented his team as a captain for two years. He took his leadership and outside the box thinking skills and transformed them into a unique method of sales strategy. David has received his Bachelors of Science with honors with a concentration in business and tourism from West Virginia State University, where he still holds 3 school punting records.
